Anyone know anything about selling hair?

I meant to get a haircut a few years ago but I got sort of lazy. Now it's about 2 feet long and getting kind of irritating so I want to get rid of it, but I'd rather sell it for a few dollars rather then watch some hairdresser sweep it all into a bin.

I googled "sell hair sydney" but it doesn't seem to be helpful direct information about where to go or who to talk to. There's a website called thehairtrader.com but it seems kind of scammy so that's unhelpful. So now I'm confused, but maybe there's a Starcraft nerd out there who knows how this works.

So yea, anyone know anything about how to sell roughly 2 feet of thick brown hair?

it IS luscious.. surely worth quite a bit.. I have no idea how you sell it, I've heard of people donating hair to wig places for cancer patients. But for Cash? idk..

I was thinking of donating my lush long locks to charity at some point when I get too annoyed at them so let me know if you find somewhere that does it! There are a few Cancer orgs who make wigs for patients who accept hairy donations I believe

I saw a documentary once where they pay good money for pubes in Kazakhstan. If you curl up the hair real good (maybe use a curling wand) after you cut it, you might be able to pass it off as pubies.
