Yogyakarta Holiday
 

Recently flew over to culturally rich Jogja (known to foreigners as Yogyakarta) in Indonesia for a short holiday. The best thing about it were the two UNESCO sites, Borobudur and Prambanan - both architectural marvels in their own right. The former being one of the largest Buddhist Temples in the world and the later an Hindu influenced series of temples dedicated to the Trimurti gods.

We also went to a famous street in the heart of the city called Malioboro which even had a horse carriage lane of its own at the side of the road!

Maybe some Indonesians here can tell me what I've missed! Are there even any Indonesians who use SC2SEA? Because speaking of which, Blizzard might wanna hold a nation wars type of tournament in the future and we were discussing what countries may be involved. Indonesians where are you!

Hmmm... Anyway we were only there for 2 days and I am planning to go to Lombok next! Maybe an ACL one day too!

Did you go to the Ramayana dance drama exhibition? Last time I went there on a school trip the dance exhibition was amazing, and probably one of the most memorable moments during my time in Yogya.

btw if you come over to Jakarta I'm sure the few remaining Indonesian SC2 players will come flock your way :b

woo Yogya! Sick city! Me and faith will flock your way definitely go to Jakarta!

If we do Nation Wars we'll have to scramble to form a roster haha
