As I reflect of my almost twenty six years living in the country I have grown up in my last 13 hours here will be a blur of packing and making sure I have everything organised, all plans set in stone.

At 6am I will fly out of Auckland International en route to Sydney to make myself a new home, life and career for the foreseeable future.

Recently I was lucky enough to land the job of my dreams, working for MSi as their Australian Marketing Manager. I decided to leave University and move to Sydney to pursue the chance of a lifetime - working in eSports.

So as sad as I am that I am leaving the Motherland and the small but close community I have put so much of my heart into here I am very excited about my new beginnings across the Tasman.

Thank you to all my amazing NZ friends who I have made over the last couple of years via SC2SEA and SC2, especially my best friend Greg who has always stuck by me and believed in me and Petraeus who never let me slack off.

I wish for you all to stay in contact with me and come and visit if you are ever nearby. I will be coming back at some point to annoy you all once more, but for now, I wish you the best and hope someone continues the work I have done with BarcraftNZ in the future.

Good luck Alicia! Thanks for all the amazing work you've put forward here in New Zealand, and for being an awesome person in general! You will be sorely missed, but I know that Australia will take good care of you!

And, at last, David has said something of worth. I refuse to replace Alicia. I'd probably suck at it anyway and I'd much rather focus my efforts on getting back into playing the game ^_^
