How do I assimilate myself into society after spending years as an introverted recluse?

Is it possible?

Can I attain some semblance of normality despite my wasted years playing non-fulfilling strategy and MOBA games which, in the end, have begun to give me brain aneurysms instead of any sense of satisfaction?

P.S; Sc2 and DotA suck, I might go perform a Harlem Shake and try cash in on that - and we all know how much I hate Harlem Shakes.

edit: PPS / PSS idk which one; after being enlightened by GreenArchon I have realised that I failed to mention that, if I'm going to do something I don't want to be a filthy casual doing it - thus no FPS games or LoL. Thanks friends in advance.
