After months of work I can finally say

In case you didn't get it. I got promoted to Gold.

A week back at school and I'm already facing exams. I haven't played at all this week because of the extra hours I've been putting in to studying so this one will be short and about my life.

I've done a lot this week, not just school work but some event organizing too. I'm running a NERF competition next month and there is a lot to cover. This last week of holidays has been so boring that school seems good to go back to. I miss my physics class and being smarter then most of the people in my class. I can only play so much Starcraft before I'm sick of it.

I got casted on the BSGCL this week and it was fun. I really love entertaining the crowds with some unusual play, some Ultras at 12:00 and a six pool that put me ahead economically. I killed the little creatures and was all round awesome. It was great to go back to the video... [Read More]

After heading down to Canberra for 4 days and then camping for 3 days, my time to play Starcraft this week has been next to none, however I have had some radical changes to my play in that time. I love to theory-craft, when I'm not thinking about anything else I'm figuring out numbers for combat situations or how to use the map to my advantage and in the past week I've had some really good thoughts.

Well it's been a long week and I have learnt a lot. My play has become better and I can feel the call of the Gold league yelling at me to come near.

With the Ultra build time decrease coming along with the new patch I decided to go for fast Ultras. My first opponent was a protoss. After 15 min I had 8, +3/+2, Ultras on the field.
