Hey all DGWoLF here

Over the past month i have been going through a process to become an apprentice chef at Jupiter's Casino on the Gold Coast. I recently found out i got one of the 6 positions available. I start on June 3rd ( two weeks time ) and obviously like School like Uni Like Tafe this must take precedence over my Passion for Starcraft 2.

aside from learning timings and execution i need to broaden my play and become a more diverse player i feel.
I'm trying to find new ways to improve but often time feel very stagnant in my resolve.


What was the real transition factor for a lot of others from going semi pro to full blown pro.
how did you go about breaking down the game
how did you study
how did you practise from there

I just had the longest SC2 game ever on the EU server. PvZ. Brain dead now... (Stormz I think I have enough of ladder today lol)
Game lasted 1h40 min. The ending was the most epic ever lol.

Hope all of you will enjoy this (well I'm not very high levelled so expect mistakes and facepalm moments but the ending is priceless).

I really think its time I first create a blog and secondly dedicate it to all the awesome things my fiancé has created.

I've been facing a dilemma lately during my practice sessions:


(1) Do you play your best style/builds that has garnered you success in the past, and trying to get your ladder rank/score as high as possible.

Or

(2) Tryout different and diverse strategies that will benefit you as a player in the long run, but having your ladder rank/score suffer as a result.

So I have disapeared recently, been sort of enclosed in my room fiddling and learning how to use the Blizzard Custom UI and I have sort of come up with an alpha/beta version of what I would like to actually use and send out for casters and streams etc

My sleep hasn't been right since ACL Brisbane, currently pulling an all nighter hoping to go to bed after 6pm.

Being off racing as terran a lot recently on NA, probably the most i've played in a long time. hots is really fun especially since they are so many different strategies now and the skill curve went way up. its like a whole different game now.

I've been running SC2 events for ACL alongside Dox last year and this year as head admin for ACL Brisbane. I just let everyone know that I've 'resigned' as such. When I started getting involved as an admin I was unemployed, looking after my daughter full time, which gave me a fair bit of freedom and free time. Since returning to work fulltime in November last year, I've had a much harder time justifying the time I spent away from my family to work with ACL.
