I haven't been playing this game very much recently
Partly because of infamous 2 (awesome) and partly because of an epic slump I have been in recently which took me from the verge of a Diamond promotion to night on a Gold demotion.
I did beat a Diamond protoss the other day so perhaps I am out of the slump but such recent events have left me thinking.

Lately I've been having trouble with ZvT when they go drop-heavy. I've never won a single game on Tal'darim Altar in ZvT mainly because I prefer macro games, therefore I don't usually go for, say, a 2 base eco Bling Bust - the result of that is that my 4th/5th bases usually get trashed when they engage my main army and drop a bunch of marines at my expos. I finally got around to reviewing my new mouse/mousepad for those who are interested in what the look like and their features. So yet another week has gone by, making it two weeks I have been in Gold.
I would like to start off by saying that my sudden spike in improvement when I was in Bronze league has indeed stopped here. I have started winning very few games in a row and taking a lot of losses.
