Has HOTS done it?

Hello there, its QEDStodd here (also known as the QQ zerg guy -_-) here to ask a simple question, has HOTS done what it was ment to do? Other then keep a epic campaign on a roll to bring back and make the game StarCraft 2 back stronger then ever?

Im my opinion i can't really say because... well i don't own hots quite yet
