Heart of the Swarm release

Hi Guys,
Lately I've been thinking about the timing of the heart of the swarm release and with it coming out late this year some time i think it would be a mistake for blizzard to bring out the expansion then. The whole dynamics of the game will change and completive play will be quite random in the first year of its release.
