Hey have there been any changes to servers or anything in the last year?

Playing on NA and SEA today, and I have never lagged this hard playing SC2 ... the delay is ridiculous.. like 3 seconds to stim/pickup/boost etc. Nothing has changed on my end so I'm just wondering if anything has changed.

If nothing has changed and this is a more permanent thing, does anyone know of a way to fix or minimise the lag to the servers?

Hey guys, I've been on the down low recently, due to work commitments (7 days a week for the past 6 weeks). From now on though, I will be continuing to play after I finish work each night. I was playing soccer last year for fitness, however I tore ligaments in my knee while skiing, and have been out since October last year.
