Beating nervousness.

I've always been a nervous person in high pressure situations, in some cases I've beaten this nervousness, in some, I can't seen to shake it off.

I played in a clanwar tonight where I played extremely poorly, due to nervousness, where my hands just slow down because I'm shaking, and I forget really important things.
