Im stepping down from the managing role at Dynasty and effectively leaving. Ive been in charge for just over a year and our results haven't met the criteria set by myself and the org. So we leave on mutual terms. It saddens me to leave ill miss the boys and i feel whoever takes over has a strong platform to work on.
