Seraphic Nexus has gone and done it again; we’ve acquired another top international team, but this time for arguably the biggest eSports title League of Legends! With representatives now in Europe and the Americas the Seraphic Nexus name will be seen wherever one casts their eyes. We grabbed an interview with the team’s manager Jon Togrimson to give us an insight on the team and how partnering up with Seraphic Nexus will help them.

Welcome to Seraphic Nexus, we’re glad to have you on board! Could you tell us a bit about yourself and your team?

Of course, my name is Jonathan "Snx Blue" Torgrimson I got into e-sports when I was around 9 years old starting with some FPS games. I instantly fell in love with League of Legends when I discovered it and in no time I got into managing Amateur teams! I have gained a lot of valuable experience having managed 4 teams that reached top 16! My team consists of our ADC Snx Leo, Our Support Snx Masaru, our jungle Snx Madagascar, our top Snx AllegroGJ, and our mid Snx Bacon.

What does your role as team manager entail?

My role as a manager entails making sure the team runs smoothly, setting up which tournaments they are going to participate in and essentially doing what they do not want to do! I take the stress off of the players so they can focus on improving!

What are your team’s proudest moments and what are your goals for the future? Where do you see your team in a year’s time?

The reaching of top 16 in the North American ranked 5's ladder is probably our proudest moment. Being such a new team, we fastly gained the synergy required to achieve this. That said, top 16 was only one step in the long journey we had ahead. Our future goals include becoming a household name, participating in large offline tournaments and ultimately participating in the League of legends Championship Series. In a year’s time I see my team accomplishing all of the goals above and living in a gaming house with each other practicing hard for worlds!

What brought you to Seraphic Nexus and how does it help your team achieve their goals?

After days of looking for a good organization to go with I was very lucky to have Geoffrey, an old friend, inform me of Seraphic Nexus. I quickly got in contact with Stuart and after speaking for a while both my team and myself were excited to start working with Seraphic Nexus. This will let us focus on our goals with a new drive to be successful as we want to make the name Seraphic Nexus look good. We are also provided with the equipment and publicity to achieve greater things!
