I've done Code A qualifier hype threads and the like on TeamLiquid before, so I need your help in making a hype thread for the amazing Australians going to MLG Dallas.
One of the things I'm doing is having a list of notable stats. It's important you tell me if I'm missing something or anything is incorrect!
Is/Has Been GM on KR. Spent time in Korea, participated in GSL. WCS Oceania Champion. Made it through MLG Open Online Qualifiers without dropping a map.
Was invited to practice in the StarTale house. Is/Has Been Top 8 Masters on Korea. Countless 2-0s and 2-1s vs various top SEA players like Nv.Rossi and iM.Mafia.
Thats a lot of work jesus lol, might be handy to list where these results came from if you have them, since listing every player youve beaten ever sounds a bit noobish tbh, but cool shit non the less
I'm assuming the matches listed were for MLG qualifiers or something? Mafia hit #1 GM on Kr, although I cant ever recall seeing the screenshot, I don't doubt the man.

I guess so, but having done these types of threads before, if you say "tgun has beaten several Koreans!" I'll get at least a couple people saying "lol provide examples, tgun is ******* bronze league noob LOL SEA"
I mean, those are trolls who will be banned quickly, but it's best to nip it in the bud. Also note that this is PART of the hype thread, not the main course. It's a supplement.

But, All of us are at the level that we regularly beat these "high-profile names" that having a list of players that we've beaten would be way too freaking long, unnecessary and make us look like were so bad that we are happy to beat Idra or something.
light you guys might be aware of this but the public sadly has no idea who you're capable of beating. in fact there are tons of AU TLers who follow the GSL scene etc but not the ACL circuits at all. I think its good for this information to be out, it will help relate the AU players to them somewhat and also serve as some good hype.
Just personally I'm not a fan of listing people I've beaten as accomplishments because I hate seeing myself on other people's brag list. I'm more of a fan listing tournament/league results:
I.E MG 1st in WCS Oceania, blah blah blah.
But otherwise I'm loving the promotions. I think the results of this MLG from our players will speak for ourselves, and I sincerely believe at least one of us are capable of pulling a Tri-Master.
I'm not afraid of anybody heading into MLG, not even Rain.

Well that just made me hyped enough about watching you all play. Do SEA proud
Thread is up. Since the list of notable opponents taken out was so short for everyone other than mOOnGLaDe, tgun and Mafia, I got rid of it and just mentioned anything super impressive in the write-up itself.
I'm not really too happy with how short Rossi and deth's write-ups are, but I really don't know what else to say. >_<

Not surprised that there isn't a big list for deth. he is pretty mysterious man and that's why I love him.
Most likely has beaten allot of good players, since he has reached top 200 in masters in the korean server last night.
