Whenever I try to stream the stream quality is usually always horrible and lags for people (frame rate issues). I am sure my hardware is sufficient to stream. I have only my computer for 2 or 3 months with a new i5 2500k in it.
Yeah, essentially your connection has '760kbps' budget but you're allocating 1000kbps to video and a further 20kbps to audio. It's trying to push out more than your upload can handle, the settings System suggested should produce a lot better results.
do you also get the video pixelating when you move the camera? I get that and wish I could stop it. Not sure if its an encoder problem and I just need something with better encoding capability? Also why can I not stream D3? The thing is like 30 fps at best
Yes, it should help. Think of pixels as the size of the image, and bitrate as the quality. Having a smaller image at the same quality will be less total information, so it should be less intensive on your bandwidth.
