Hello

Whenever I try to stream the stream quality is usually always horrible and lags for people (frame rate issues). I am sure my hardware is sufficient to stream. I have only my computer for 2 or 3 months with a new i5 2500k in it.

This is an unusually high result (uploads) I usually hover around .72 - .74

Should the video bitrate be lowered or what?

Quality to 8, Max Bitrate to 600. Should be ok then

Also: change the location to Asia

Yeah, essentially your connection has '760kbps' budget but you're allocating 1000kbps to video and a further 20kbps to audio. It's trying to push out more than your upload can handle, the settings System suggested should produce a lot better results.

do you also get the video pixelating when you move the camera? I get that and wish I could stop it. Not sure if its an encoder problem and I just need something with better encoding capability? Also why can I not stream D3? The thing is like 30 fps at best

A lot of the time pixelation is a consequence of compression, which is a consequence of bitrate.

Well the bitrate is limited by my internet, what about lowering the res? It's 720 atm. Will streaming at 480 help?

Yes, it should help. Think of pixels as the size of the image, and bitrate as the quality. Having a smaller image at the same quality will be less total information, so it should be less intensive on your bandwidth.
