Be that a lesson to all of you, do not eat junk food or smoke while on the computer all day long go outside and do some exercise. And by all of you I mean people that already have done that, and by that I mean me.

The story is legit - he did die whilst playing Diablo 3. He was already suffering from a variety of conditions and this just happened to be the tipping point.
