After a marathon session, probably about 10-ish hours of Diablo 3. I have come to realize the importance of keeping fit. Therefore, I have sourced out a good exercise regime for us to power through hours of Diablo 3.
Finger and Hand Exercises 101
1. Warm up your hands. With your hands outstretch and limp, shake them around for 10 counts.
2. Massage the top of your hand and your palm gently.
3. Bend each finger forward and backwards until you feel a slight stretch, remember, if you feel pain, you're doing it wrong!
4. Place your hand on a flat surface and lift each finger one by one. Repeat for 10 counts.
5. Use a stress ball! Squeeze it hard and release! 10 counts for each hand.
6. Touch your thumb to each of you finger tips (make an O shape). 10 counts too!
7. Stretch out your arms in front of you, palms opened. Clench and then open your hands for 10 counts.
