Drag the mpq file you downloaded into Starcraft II/Mods/LibertyMulti.SC2Mod
MULTI!!!! if you drag it into Liberty.SC2Mod by accident, you will have sound issues. So please be careful and put it in the right folder. An obvious tell that you've accidentally dragged it into the wrong folder, is if it asks whether it should overwrite anything. This mod should NOT overwrite ANYTHING, and therefore should cause no problems with sound and such.
**** THE FILE UPLOADED IS NAMED ACCORDING TO MY REGION. This is why it has a US in the file name. For it to work on other regions, rename the file appropriately.
(If not sure what to name it, look in StarcraftII/Mods/Liberty.SC2Mod(different from LIbertyMulti.SC2Mod) and that should give you an idea. Compare it to the Assets file in this folder and change it accordingly. I cannot give specific instructions as I do not know exactly how other SC2 versions function.
* I have been informed that for SEA you can leave the name as it is. Thank you ntntnghia.
THATS IT! You are not editing existing files and so it should be completely legal to use this
