Look at the orange button "click here to get better" So people will take losing less seriously as it losing is only a step to get better.

Anyway I think my ladder anxiety is pretty bad. I know it is okay to lose but for some reason after my game my hands would be trembling like crazy

Mine do too, and after battles and stuff. I don't have anxiety anymore, but I hate losing to stuff I know I should be able to beat.

Laddering on SEA makes me lazy and im more inclined to ladder yet cos of anxiety on KR and NA(MMR dropping)

I understand that losing is the key to winning but I can never bring myself to actually play... After I play the first game I get much less stressed about losing.

never had it in sc2, but in wc3 if my smurfs started getting sick scores, 30-1 etc I would get real paranoid and try to avoid hitting anyone good :P

I still get it occasionally, however TAscarlet gave me some advice when I hit a rough spot in playing at my best in tournaments.

"Play as if you don't give a shit and just out-play your opponent in every way".

I keep it in mind when laddering and it does help me ladder with a more laid-back approach. But yeah generally after the first game I'm fine.
