System’s Funday Recap!

On Tuesday we had a very special event, that is happening every week and will continue to happen, and that is System’s Funday! It’s special because most, if not all of SC2SEA’s events are the same old 1v1 *yawn* tournaments, and System’s Funday trails from that because instead of 1v1 format tournaments we have random custom games and any other variation of a fun game. And it is all streamed live by System to anyone that just wants to have a laugh at the crazy shenanigans going on.

+ [Game 1-FFA Race Wars] +

FFA race Wars is basically an FFA where everyone chooses random and the people that spawn as each race will ally up to become a team game. This is a funny variation because any amount of people can be on 1 team, all depending on the spawns. For example, 3 protoss, 3 terran and 2 zerg.



Sadly for our zerg player he was the only zerg in the game so it was 1 zerg vs 4 protoss vs 3 terran. His chances are slim but he’s a trooper, he’ll fight it out till the end. Aean and BakaInu meanwhile were both 4-gating, LennX decided to do some cannon rushing (epic phail with a ph) and ForbZ just went for a DT rush. So there were some interesting builds on the protoss end. Surprisingly our zerg underdog went for a fast expand and didn’t face any pressure *scratches head*. Our terran buddies were playing standard, nothing too crazy. Its race wars Terrans! Do something funny!



Lemminks- “F*ck why didn’t I wall off???” Lemminks was pretty much out of the game from the 6 minute mark since he lost all his supply depots and SCV’s, but with the over-powernessish of MULEs he had enough energy for 4 MULEs so we may see him get back into this game.



-Sigh- Neoneo just HAD to spawn as the chobo race, it will pretty much cost him the game.



So right here, on 21/35 supply Squiz decides to throw down 5 supply depots becauseeee uhh…ummmm…because he will need them later? Yeah, that’s it.



The Protoss is the purple, red, yellow and teal. The terran is blue and green and by now you can see just how beastly our protoss buddies are. The Zerg STILL has a chance! Oh wait, he lost his natural, scratch that. See the dark spot between yellow and teal? That had been a fully mining terran base about 5 minutes ago. See for yourself.

ForbZ bringing out the epic BM! By now it was pretty much over because the protoss is sooooo skillful. The Terrans were dead and the Protoss were expanding everywhere. The zerg underdog died a bajillion years ago.



LennX tried to get his own BM on, except, the pylons are shaped like…a…. G? Let’s go with that. And that was it for the FFA race wars! The overpower- I mean skillful protoss took it away because protoss is awesome and for absolutely no other reason.
