My home PC is dead, so I've come into work to watch the group drawings. They're currently underway and being streamed live from GomTV Studios. I'll be updating this thread with information as it's announced.

• John has revealed that he is the worlds' foremost Banana expert.
• Previous finalists oGsMC and ST_July will be placed in Groups A and H respectively.
• Apparently MinChul was out for revenge against the only people to have defeated him on TV. He picked up Liquid`Jinro and MarineKing.PRIME first, toying with their tags before making his decision.
• MinChul chose TheWind by request. TheWind said he's been wanting to defeat MinChul on TV since he first made the finals, so MinChul told him to take his best shot.
• ST_July says he exhausted all his energy at the finals, so he's going to pick someone easy. He finds Zerg vs Terran to be his easiest matchup. He chose TSL_Rain for his "easy win."
• "Last time I played Rain, I didn't even prepare for him but I still beat him easily. That's why I chose him this time." - ST_July
• "You're going to regret that." - TSL_Rain
• "I want to play against a macro Terran" - AnyProPrime.
• AnyPro surprisingly placed himself in Group H, meaning he'd probably have to play against ST_July in the Ro16. He chose ST_Virus as his opponent for group H.
• "I'm nervous about playing against AnyPro... but he was nice to me so I will choose a good opponent for our group." - ST_Virus
• "I relied heavily on Khaydarin Amulet for my play style, I really miss it. Without this upgrade, the game tends to end with one big battle, but I prefer a long back-and-forth game with lots of small battles and harassment." - San_Zenith
• "I'm going to choose someone I've never played before. It's going to be a Terran." - San_Zenith, as he places himself in Group E, allowing him to play his matches on a Saturday. As each of the previous players faked choosing Liquid`Jinro, he went ahead and did it for real.
• "I'm not sure how I feel about playing San. I was expecting a Protoss to pick me, so it's no surprise. I watched his games and he's been impressive lately. Even though I'm not doing well lately, I'm gonna make some waves in the next season." - Liquid`Jinro. He actually said this in flawless Korean.
• "I lied when I said I was leaving to join the army soon!" - San_Zenith.
• Liquid`HuK is reading a book instead of paying attention to the group drawings, lol.
• "I've been very ill lately, so my performance hasn't been great. My health has improved though, so I will practice again soon. I'm going to choose someone I can practice with for my group because I need time to get good again." - HongUn_Prime. He chose Kyrix_ZeNEX
• "Protoss are easy to beat, thank you for choosing me." - Kyrix_ZeNEX
• FOX_Lyn is looking for practice partners, since there are only a few SC2 players in WeMadeFOX.
• FOX_Lyn was going to choose Kyrix_ZENEX, since their names are similar (Park Joon and Han Joon), but HongUn beat him to it. He chose Group F.
• NesTea asked FOX_Lyn to choose him, but he declined. Instead, he picked up Check_Prime and TSL_FruitDealer. He ended up choosing TSL_FruitDealer because he looks and plays identically to his best friend.
• "I've had an arm injury recently, so I haven't been able to practice. Fortunately Lyn hasn't practiced much lately too, so we're on equal footing. I admire Lyn for actively playing WarCraft 3 and StarCraft 2 simultaneously, that's an amazing accomplishment." - TSL_FruitDealer
• "I already know who I'm going to choose - it's going to be someone with a longer career than me. It's going to be a Terran." - oGs_NaDa.
• The obvious choice would be ST_RainbOw, but he fooled everyone. He chose MarineKing_Prime because he ignored NaDa when he said hello on battle.net earlier that day.
• "Get ready for some more base races!" - MarineKing_Prime
• "My teammates will return to Code S this season with a vengeance!" - SC_fOu.
• "Lots of people feel uncomfortable meeting me in person, because I cheese them so much on the ladder." - SC_fOu.
• "Terran vs Terran is so difficult lately, so I wanted to choose a Terran. TSL_Rain was going to be my choice, but someone already got to him. So I'll pick someone else with Rain in their name!" SC_fOu
• "I didn't want to be in group B because that doesn't give me much time to practice. I don't really care who chooses me, because if I practice enough I can beat them." - ST_RainbOw.

group e for me is tightest group. it will be exciting to see how that group will end. but i still hope NaDa and Marineking to made it thorugh. although i like zenio too
