RULES AND REGULATIONS:
General:

• The latest official Patch version will be used throughout the Event.
• Default speed will be ‘Faster’
• Tournament will be held on the Battle.net SEA Server
• One account can only be used by one player
• Every player must set themselves as busy.
• Players may not use 3rd party Add-ons.
• Players are not allowed to use bugs or commit any misconduct.
• It is the player's responsibility to check the map pool.
• If a player protests an incorrect map after playing a game on it, the game will not be replayed.
• Delaying of games are not allowed. Play according to schedule.

PSTL Specific:

• Managers are allowed to change their roster ONCE for the entire league.
• Line-ups must be submitted to me (Zendex) on or before Friday 11:59PM GMT+8/SG Time
• Agreed play time must be submitted to me on or before Friday 11:59PM GMT+8/SG Time
• Failure to submit the information above results in round disqualification
• Submitted information are final and unchangeable.
• Player substitutions are allowed as long as opposing team agrees
• Decisions of referees are final.
• For disputes/complaints/concerns, email me at zendex(at)mineski(dot)net

Disconnects:

• If a disconnect happens in the first five minutes and there has been no player-opponent contact, game will be replayed.
• If a disconnect happens after player-contact, organizer will decide on how to continue after reviewing the replay.

Team Maverick, it seems a lot of us still can't log on to SEA. ( Blizzard Server PH - our ISP problem )

We have contacted Blizzard about it and it still hasn't been fixed. It's been running for 3 days now. We can't seem to do anything about it but wait.

Could we play it instead in the NA server? just msg me there.. if not, we will have to reschedule as others did.
