First Things First...

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who joined in with me last night for my first Charity Stream. So far we have raised a little over $20 for the cause. My ultimate goal would be to reach $1000 but anything we can contribute towards helping to alleviate the pain of others in this crisis will be incredible

This second stream will feature a tournament!

Once again this stream is for charity in aid of the Tea Tree Gully Boarding Kennels & Cattery. These people just lost there home and business along with the loss of their entire cattery and all but 40 dogs. The other animals have perished.

Any donations received during the stream will go towards helping them rebuild what was a fine place run by kind people with hearts of gold.

If the stream goes crazy with donations I will be splitting the cash between the Boarding Kennels and Cattery and general rebuilding efforts to those who have lost homes, pets and god knows what else to these flames.

The caster for tonight's tournament will be Exile 5's Doombie! Thank you so much for helping me in this brother!

The Tourney

I will be hosting a Random v Random tournament for tomorrow night commencing at 8PM Adelaide time (8:30PM Melbourne).

Just to let you guys know the format for tonight's tournament.

At the moment we only have 12 people signed up so it is not worth doing a purely elimination style tournament.

Instead we are making this a 2 stage tournament.

Stage 1
3 Groups of players. Each will play the other once in their group in a Bo1.
Top 3 from each group move on.

Stage 2
Double elimination. (by request of Elusory so blame him!)
The 'Winners' bracket will be entirely Bo3. The Grand Final can be a Bo3/Bo5 (player's choice!)
The 'Losers' bracket will be entirely Bo1 until the semi-finals which will be a Bo3.

That's it

There is also a game set aside to decide 3rd place!

If we have >16 people sign up I will change the tournament to a straight DE Bracket.

This was so much fun for me.

First of all, thanks to Bali for arranging this charity tourney.

I got matched up against Jun0 in my first game, which was so much fun. His cheeses are delicious.

I survived my first losers bracket game against Morning somehow then fell to Nama. Even though I stole his pink colour, and tried to out-BM him, the power of IXL remained strong in him and his proxy hatch won the day. GGWP. Swarmstika Build OP.

Afterwards I got to watch the rest of Dooombie's awesome cast, until circumstances required Balimar to take over casting and I got to co-cast again.

Congrats to Soul who defeated Wally 3-1 in the finals, ending it with one of the silliest and most entertaining TvTs I have ever had the fortune to watch.

Wally, I have to know... why did your tanks kill your turret? Was it my puns? I'm sorry Wally. I'm so sorry. ;_;

As a final addenda, I have been advised that some folks suffered Puns Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of my co-casting.
