I recently got back into gold on both the NA and SEA servers and during this marathon would like to either get or get close to getting platinum by the end of it.
I believe this would be a great opportunity for my stream to get some extra views and follows as well.
To give some insight about my stream on a regular day, I usually will set myself 1-2 focuses for the stream session. Most recently it was adding eggs to control groups and using my hotkeys.
I really hope that you guys will come by and support the marathon, it will be held on the 25th of July starting at 9am(ACST)
I will be grinding ladder for a vast majority of it unless i feel like my concentration isnt at least 70% at which stage i will probably go into arcade, but more then likely will just stick to ladder haha
sick man, nah i dont mind how long people watch for, just stop in and say hi hit that follow button, if you wanna stay in the chat for a long time its all good hoping to be plat by the end of it though
Didn't even know you live in Adelaide. Lol. Did you go to the AVCon tournament to watch? :3
Also, just make sure you're having fun the entire time! It's gonna be hard work but it'd be good. I would think having short breaks as well while you stream (not like doing nothing, but if you're feeling a bit shitty towards SC2 go off and play a different game for a bit) is a good idea as well?
I'll tune in whenever possible. Good luck!

No I didn't go to AVCon no money atm, studying Diploma of IT so no regular income which sucks but oh well.
Yeah I think I'll do ladder in sections and then do some viewer games etc.
Besides ladder though, after each game I will be doing my breakdown of the game, so that should be cool, makes me understand the game some more etc and what I can work on.

Ah I see. coulda met up haha.
Yeah that's a really good idea. Would be a good experience for me as well to see how you do that so I can learn how to do these things.

I think my game replay analysis is what makes my stream different to other streams under that high plat low diamond level.
Got a strange feeling people will try to stream snipe me however.
Depends where you play on. The likelihood of a sniper getting you is higher on a server with lower traffic at that point in time. Fairly sure twitch has a delay stream option where you can have it so that the stream is a minute behind what's actually going on.

24 hours should be alright, only thing im worried about is losing like 8-10 games really early in the stream and getting mad about it, cause if im losing when im alert and focused it'll just get worse, haha, so feel kinda pressured to play well atm, so it'll be nice to have some support in the chat etc

Best thing I find to do when you're getting frustrating losses is to go over the replay immediately before queueing for the next match. If you can calmly analyse and figure out what you did wrong, there's no need to rage or blame imbalance and just focus on fixing those mistakes in future ladder games
Good luck and I'll be sure to tune in for a little while at least!
Damn, 24 hours o_o I think I'd go a bit haywire if I were playing that long, let alone knew that I had a whole load of people watching me!!
gl bro, hope you break plat!
I dunno if I'll be able to tune in, but I'll try jump in for a short amount of time to check it out if I can :3

to be honest tho, i find water keeps me up more than anything else, mainly cause drinking lots of water, keeps you getting up to go to the toilet, so you freshen up each time!
yeah man nearly there, some people trolling around that i should just stay up a few more hours to be in line with tumes for his 36 hrs because i actually woke up at 2am yesterday xD
