Today marks the end of a long search and a lot of thought and planning. As was recently discussed on SC2SEA (http://www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?t=7474) the leadership team of BenAD, Del, Jhedjuka and Zomgrofl are all finding life getting in the way for various reasons and are unable to put in the time to run the Slugs on their own. And thus we are here today with the announcement of our new leadership team and structure.

Clan Senior Leadership
The old leadership team will remain as the Senior Leadership team. BenAD will continue to lead the clan as Clan Captain, with Jhedjuka moving up to second in command (2IC). Del and Zomgrofl make up the four member team and all four will focus on the overall development and progression on the clan.

Divisional Leadership
The new leadership team will take care of the more day to day running of each division of the Fusion Slugs. All of the leadership team have been members of the clan for the past 6 months and in fact most for over 9 months. They have all taken part in clan wars and many have helped behind the scenes. I am so proud of all of them and happy they are willing to take the next step.

Our new structure see a captain and vice captain for each division, as well as a clan manager role, who works between the division leadership team and the senior leadership to get things done. But lets go through the new team!
