End of the day I'm happy to give other casters a shot at the gig given I have a weekly tournament I have access to each week (I appreciate tournaments are not easy to break a gig into) and I'd rather grow the overall casting scene than develop just myself

Oh we don't mind. Trust me we've had our fair share of casting gigs, we sort of just do it for fun in friendly games or something. If you want it to be a proper cast, I'd probably suggest you do it. :P
