Following the success of Nv.mOOnGLaDe at the Blizzard World Championship Series Oceania Finals, I'm pleased to announce two new additions to the team.
The first is Team Liquid's GTR, who has come on board as the team's official coach. We're very pleased to have him on board, as he'll be filling a necessary void which I've been struggling to find time for.

Before attending the WCS event in Sydney, I never really had much interest in the Starcraft II scene in Australia; sure, I knew a few names here and there, but never really focused my attention on it. However, over the weekend, after meeting many of the players and staff, talking to them about growing the game locally, it reignited my passion for the scene.
With so much untapped potential in the Oceania region, I had a talk with many of the Nv people, specifically Dox and deth, offering myself as a coach for the team; to help these talented players reach their potential. My job will me similar to what coaches are used in Korea for; to help players prepare for matches and provide advice whenever needed.
I'd like to thank not only Dox, but also the players for providing me with the opportunity to join their organization. I'd also like to thank Nv's sponsors, GAMECOM, Frag Labs and Horize for helping out not only Nv, but also Australian ESPORTS as a whole.

The second member to join the Nv family is the WCS New Zealand champion - JazBas.
Congrats! Really cool to see a coach added, will be interesting to see how much the team improves! Glade might become more beastly than he already is :O

Grats, Nv lineup looking pretty beastly now. What's happening with xgKing though? They seem to be bleeding players left right and centre.
With the scene being quite small and not 100's and 1000's of $$ being thrown around; I think people will really just float around between friends/appealing practice partner combinations - rather than team benefits/products/salary options.
As long as people aren't breaking money contracts, I don't think there is anything ethically wrong with it. I've always encouraged my players to play where they fit (even if it's not with Archaic, GAMECOM etc). Rather they be happy and play well and help develop the scene
Forgot to post when I first saw this :|
A very cool development for Nv, will be interesting to see the positive effects of a dedicated coach on the team's performance, especially in upcoming MLG..
