I recently had the opportunity to attend an MLG event in Anaheim California, a long way from my home in Sydney. The event was amazing! There were so many big names there, I got to meet a few of them, get some autographs and shake some hands. I even got to meet Day[9]!

Thanks guys! The size of the crowd that formed around Day[9] amazed me. He was my favorite to meet because he would have a decent chat before he signed and took photos.

I flew to Vancouver and drove down with some of my friends from there - one of those friends being Julia (Ailuj) from the team Check Six Gaming (not my gf lol). I ended up staying in California for 5 days - went to Disneyland on the Thursday before MLG started.

Dont go sharing the info but I LOVE MaximusBlack and NovaWar... have seen every one of there VODS. Very nice.... did you get to have any interesting conversations with them (or any of the other big guns)?

PS... may have been drunk when I added comment to your OP. Cant spell or construct sentenses when im under the influence... lol!

Maximus is just as chill in real life, and Nova is CRAZY TALL. Both were awesome people to meet!
On the saturday night I got really drunk, and drunkenly asked Khaldor for a hug, then bought DeMusliM a drink at the hotel bar. Then went up to my room and it was full of players (someone had to tell me this the next day as Id had too many). On the Sunday we had drinks with Huk, and he told me about his crazy schedule - flying to korea for 2 weeks, back to the US for 3 days, off to europe for 3 days, off to Korea for 1 week...
