Abstract has helped me with a workaround and hopefully the SEA accounts that have been getting errors (f u blizzard fix ure sea servers) will be fine now.

My KR profile is showing the wrong rank, and I have no idea how long it takes for a name change to go in to effect either. But the match history and current league page are right.
Is this a global problem?
