People who can't attend should send in their scans.

If you are in the audience, you will be able to write directly into the book on Sat/Sun.

Dot if you decide that getting it made commercially costs too much and it needs to be homemade:

I have an English friend who does a lot of baking but is asleep right now, I'll ask her tomorrow about it and see if she thinks noobs like us/myself are capable of making it.

Looking at the pic it looks pretty simple but time consuming - the cupcake themselves should be really easy and the topping should be easy to make, the writing should be easy and the only hard part should be the nexus and the minerals/gas because they take crafting skills but it should be fairly easy to make a block of sponge that someone with skills could craft if anyone could do that? (zepph?)

Could get some people to come bake at my house all day on Friday.

Thanks for the offer Fenner! The chance that it would not be made in time weighed heavily in my mind so I just went with the cake place after some changes were made to the order to make it cheaper.

Will have a proper cake base rather than cupcakes now. But will look the same on top.
It will be 70 x 50 cm so I hope there's a fridge out back that's large enough to put it in for a few hours. Cutting up the cake will take a bit more time but that can all be done behind the scenes anyway.

Okay, basically no more donations are needed, but helpers will possibly be required to distribute cake etc. If you'd like to help out, pm me please It might be just a small role but any contribution makes you a baller

Also, zepph is currently working out a way to make the pylon candles. If you would like to help in any way or including suggestions as to how to make that come about please pm her as I know she is a bit swamped at the moment

Cake + Present presentation to Tasteless

The cake and presents will be presented by Maynarde to Tasteless some time in the evening on Saturday 11th. It will then be cut backstage and distributed. This will mean however that it needs to be done as quick as possible to ensure we miss as little of the games as possible. I have had a few people ask to help out, which will come in handy as the cake is 70 x 50 cm big

All donators, staff and helpers are entitled to a piece of the huge cake. Please come forward for it as quick as possible after the presentation to Tasteless


Oh and if you won't be at WCS and want to send him a personalised message, please write/draw/decorate an A5 page, scan it and send it to Dox (d.reball@aclpro.com.au) to put in the books.
