First off, I would like to thank everyone for their effort in this. I really appreciate the way in which you all are very caring for the community to keep it as hacker free as possible. While I still have my doubts, the evidence is compelling and cannot be denied.

I have spoken to OSRusher and decided a 5 month suspension from OS (this decision is made by all of the members of OS). This means that he will not be allowed to participate in tournaments, events or any other form of Starcraft 2 related events under OS. He will also permanently leave sc2sea. Most importantly, I have told him to stop maphacking and do a full reformat of his hardrive. I also have told him if this returns then there will be more severe punishments that may eventually amount to his departure in the team.

I would also like to apologize for the trouble he caused both on ladder and sc2sea to everyone and again Thank you all who watched the replays and gave your response. Its people like you who keep our community great.

Thanks again and I hope me and Team OS will continue to strive for our goals and for the community.

I'd also want to note in game 6 as well as leaving the zerg base without scouting or denying which is fine i guess, he tries to fully wall off his natural with an extra gate way and a pylon without actually being able to see them coming or without any indication that they were coming. He looks a few times at the opponent army during his moveout(nothing much to add from the others).

some counter points may be that zerglings snuck up on him and almost got fully surrounded if it werent for the forcefields reacting just in time. He also walked right on top of burrowed roaches in his attack roaches in his attack.

Nothing else to add from what the others have said about the other replays.

Confirmed because of this move against a attack he couldn't see coming at 19'. At 25'10 another preparation against an attack he couldn't see.

Placed in the Hacker list. I think the evidence is enough for that. If he thinks it's unfair, he can come here and explain himself.

Here is the ClanEX DaNkS hacking evidence I have.

1. At 8:53 he looks at my oracle thought the fog of war away from any action zones.
2. After the game and accusing me of hacking, he told me scouted my Stargate and that's how he was able to react with 2 stalkers in his mineral line. Looking at the replay he never did scout my SG at all, when confronted he still said he did. http://imgur.com/a/JBJST#0
3. He did a proxy SG and instead of using it for the majority of the game he played reactionary to my aggression.
3. He did a reactionary warp of stalkers to deflect my oracle harass just before it flew in.
4. His APM, Supply Blocks and build order was not that of a GM. His unit control was horrible, he accidentally pulled probes and his general decision making was poor.
5 He aggressively accused me of map hacking after the game to the point I know something was wrong. When I attempted to talk him through decision making he just kept calling me a retard. Thus he deserves the duche award as well as the label of a hacker.
