International/non SEA players are welcome, but they must have shown they are active on the SEA ladder, eg. ST.KingKong (yChSPR/gts), SoulmanfOu (Master), Slayers_Dragon

then why put this sentence on rules

As those are the current conditions for entering the open event once every 3 months. We are considering revising this to be less restricting/more inviting to a larger international player base.

Also from the rules and front page:

"Non SEA residents/international players can join every 3rd 'open' Masters Cup. The 2 beforehand and 2 following are just for SEA players to compete amongst themselves."

"Reminder this Masters Cup is for SEA residents only. There will be an open event in 1 month, on Jan 15, where non SEA players are welcome to join."
