There are various definitions of trolling so for the sake of clarity, I define it as

Trolling: - Light and humorous banter with no malicious intent
Being a dick: - Flat out insulting people / making sexist/racist/immature comments with ill intent

Immature kids justify their "being a dick" behaviour with "trolling". It's NOT TROLLING. It's NOT the same thing. You're just being a dick and you will get infracted.

This thread is a great wake up call in time for LoTV.

This is a strong and important reminder that this site is open to the public of all ages.

Members are reminded NOT to post any references and/links to any materials that are pornographic in nature.

This is taken very seriously and currently under the list of Major Infractions (Major - Immature behaviour / vulgarities / tasteless sexual references) warrants 4 demerit points as a strong warning to the first time offender. 7 demerit points will result in a semi-ban as posted in the OP. However, the admins will not hesitate to make the ban a permanent ban based on the seriousness of the offence.

We ask all members and users of this site to be mindful and respectful to each other and the community. Even milder sexual references are discouraged as it can offend the various people from different cultures, backgrounds etc.

Just wanted to add something that I hadn't considered that was brought up in the Moderator skype chat. Images such as those can warrant a ban from Google. This would be detrimental to the growth of the community coming into launches like LotV. So its not just simply, keep it clean for kids. It can have serious consequences for the site and will be strictly moderated.
