Is it possible to play in NA? Because it is super laggy and bad for me when playing in SEA... Don't think I'll play well and get far if I play in SEA. Admins?

I think it is in the rules that if both players agree to play on NA you can play there.

If you and your opponent agree to play on NA you can, if he disagrees you will have to play SEA. At the end of the series i will require you to both PM me with results that way i don't get the wrong results.
