Really simple banner (probably too much so actually) that keeps the regional representatives and the seahorse. Also leaves a massive space for ads or promoting major happenings. Doesn't quite fit the existing green-blue section headers colour scheme though so would need a bit of tweaking.

Re to Cyanide: Certainly not Google ads, I was thinking more specialised ones like TGM or the Aftershock one we have, or for major leagues or events like SEACL or ACL.
