Most webmail clients (even basic shit like Horde) will give you the option to screen incoming mail by region, which is why I accept all my tournament registrations via e-mail. So unless they go to the trouble of setting up an SEA proxy or giving their e-mail address to someone within SEA to submit on their behalf, it's pretty easy to catch people. ie. When MajOr sent replays (from Gerlan's e-mail address, I believe) in for Dox Cup, it told me he was sending e-mail from Mexico. Just food for thought in future, if you feel like you want to go down this path.

The z33k page ( http://www.z33k.com/starcraft2/tourn...1-open-bracket ) has a countdown timer in the top left showing how much time remains until the open bracket starts. Essentially, 9 hours from this post.

All games to be played on SEA.

You report results through the z33k page, so there is no channel, but if you have trouble we'll be sitting in channel 'APL' to deal with any issues.
