If so many teams are disqualified might have to remix the teams/format slightly, if for example some groups are left with 2/3 teams.

But this is actaully a very awesome thing because it weeds out those team manager who arent commited even in week1 and we wont have problems of teams dropping out halfway during the season and stuff.

I don't want to switch the teams around the groups. Would just make the group stages a lot more chaotic.
