a friend of mine stopped playing sc2 and gave me his account. hes in the bronze league and i won like 13 games in a row and today i got into silver and im vsing plat players. But wat i was wondering was i played a game on this account and got a zvp on shattered temple in close positions. This player 4 gated without the attack built a forge expanded, i took a third base and after seeing alot of stalkers i built my lair and went roach hydra lings. I then saw a twilight council and presumed dts after i saw nothing was researching it. About 3 minutes later this guy pushed with around 30 stalkers and 3 sentrys. The stalkers blinked into my main forcefielded my ramp and then killed my lair and hydra den roach warren and blinked out. I had creep and there was really nothing i can see that i could do against tht. does anyone how to deal with this. (i saw kiwikaki beat machine with this) (sorry about the grammar i didnt have much time to do this)

Go kill him if u cant go up the ramp. You are off 3 base. Kill him ASAP and just remake tons of zerglings since ur tech is reset.

nah kaz its not tht i didnt have the right units, its that he force fielded my ramp and i couldnt attack him

2/1 upgrade mass stalkers melts hydras.

Very helpful. As if you can tell your opp don't ff my ramp.

Usually, you simply need to scout often. See the templar archive wether it's blinking or not. And count the stalkers. Toss are using bs a lot more often now. Cuz after that, they can easily use DTs. Especially don't let them get near your base. Even not around the cliff. Cuz once sight is obtained either through obs or hallu, you will die unless you can get your speed up in time.

Silver, I think what Aean meant is to engage that protoss army before the sentries can get to the ramp. Although the stalkers can blink into the main, the sentries can't get to the ramp by blinking. If you can keep the sentries away at distance, then you'd not have your ramp FFed.
