Well for 43 your build is pretty but probably a bit to defensive. Try swapping inner sanctum for sweeping wind with bladestorm and sixth sense with transcendence should give you some good damage when your solo farming. I am 60 act 3 inferno and SoW bladestorm is probably about 30-40% of my total damage still such a good ability for group and solo farming.

One with everything just allows you to stack only one type of resist but will benefit all of the resists. When you are in inferno +1 to all resists = around the same benefit as +10 armour. Not really relevant till you are 60 so dont worry till then.
