Here's how to make it competitive!

1. Get 4 people in a group, hardcore characters
2. run together see how far they get (they have to be together otherwise difficulty of 4 player mobs will kill)
3. Watch as the 4 people try to get each other killed
4. Last one standing wins, moves onto next round (start at highest progressed to eliminate people just staying back and not doing anything)
5. Rinse and repeat until 1 HC left

Another i thought of, quickest too kill Diablo normal mode?
