Can you please give us more detail about the error and what you've tried?

Does it freeze? Does it crash to the desktop? Do you get error messages? Is it always the same? What have you tried? Have you reinstalled?

"I have re-installed the game twice, restarted my comp multiple times, changed all of the graphic settings, run as admin etc. My comp is able to run the game fine and it is not an internet problem"

More details on the Error would be nice though, what error number etc.
