3 main options,

1) hardcore roach pressure off 60-70 drones hoping to break the protoss's third (known commonly as 'stephano style' where you max out at anywhere between 11-13 minutes depending on the protoss's damage with his harass and your ability to macro).

2) muta-ling into take the whole ******* map with lots of crawlers and threatening counter-attacks if he ever moves out.

3) really fast tech to broodlords whilst building infestors/crawlers as defense and taking a 4th.

Or some combination of any of the above three (1 transition to 2 works fine, 2 transition to 3 also works really naturally since youre building crawlers anyway, 1 straight to 3 bypassing 2 is generally not so great as you leave yourself open massively to 3-base immortal/collosi timings).

Which route you go can be somewhat map dependent, option 1 is great on maps if the third is hard to hold for protoss(such as Korhal compound, metalopolis), option 2 is great on maps where rush distance is long and has a lot of bases that are relatively spread (metropolis, tal'darim) whilst going straight for option 3 is generally better for maps where you can take >3 bases off just a few small chokes or one large choke (shakurus is best for this in terms of how easy it is to mass crawler the mid of the map).
