yeah unless they can prove they have dropped in skill eg Masters level but hasnt played on in 3 seasons and is like Plat on SEA

also Plat NA will be deemed SEA Gold for this tournament (not 100% will be assessed on case by case)

theres going to be a sign up comp for these comps (16 each) maybe I can increase it to 20 if it fills up quickly :P
