TvT - Drops are essential to beat any thing Tank based. If you're going up vs a Bio force too, more Marines than Marauders. Hell, you might hv to contemplate all Marines.
TvP - You're gonna need drops as well as some Ghosts to help. Vikings also are essential once Collosus starts coming out.
TvZ - Good micro as well as worker harassment is crucial. Banelings, Infestors or Broodlords can really mess your day up if you don't.

Terran bio requires high apm to play. Gone were the days where u can stim and a-move. infestors will fungal your ball to death while banes roll in. HTs will storm the shit out of you. Collosi will laser u to death. and not to mention the 0 micro chargelots and archons involved. u need to position and spread, and kite with your MMM while emping the hts. sounds like a handful to do but definitely need to do it to win.

I don't think u need "high apm" for any kind of play tho. I almost never do drops in bio vs mech lol
Remember Bio is viable against all races, its just a question if your able to succesful utilize the style, its very mobile and quite fast to reinforce with. You do need apm for spread/splits and drops if you can. Drops arent essential to bio play, its just alot easier to pull off than for example a thor drop and far more effective.
TvT only against mech. Against marine/tank, MMM gets shat on hard, no one does it anymore.
TvZ is extremely good against ling/festor. The fewer banes the better. Here the medivac count is key, a huge medivac count means Zerg units will hardly get to do any damage. Unless it's a baneling of course. The key of this strategy is to be extremely greedy and spot on with your macro, your units aren't as resource efficient as using tanks but they can still be really strong.
