Things seem to be out of our hands now based on what Dox has said No chance of changing results.

The only positives we can get from this is Moonglade will fight another day, and hopefully MLG can reflect on this qualifier and learn some lessons.

Yep, exactly. His opponent was eliminated from the upper bracket for not showing up, and was immediately rewarded with a free win in the lower bracket despite not being online. Ugh.

How can they justify the revoke of a walkover. Once a decision is made it needs to stick, MLG just lost a tonne of respect I had for the way they ran things.

Putting the 3rd game of a set off until tomorrow is also un-acceptable, the ref who okay that needs to be shot. After being taught the error of their ways with some electric shocks that will just be left on until tomorrow.

I feel like I should clarify. Yes, he was walked over. However, I had told the admins that I was ok with waiting for him (he asked for a 45-1hr delay due to work). He was walked over at about 1hr20min, then came on shortly after and I wasn't even aware they walked him over in the brackets.

I told the admin it was completely up to him to walk over the opponent: I hate taking ff victories, especially if I'm given notice of why he needed to go afk (boss called him in on emergency: no way I'm taking a walkover by choice).

To give the walkover, and take it back, is really, really stupid. But don't crucify them over that -- GLaDes issue is much worse.
