I think targa should play for australia here, i mean he pretty much has most of his SC2 career i believe ? Unless he wants to play in EU himself, hope he can get to make the decision .

yeah, I obviously dont want to play in the EU qualifier, timesone and delay makes it unbearable. Would be cool if they added something like " must have lived atleast 1 year in the country" or something similar. I can easily prove that with my passport : )

They do the same for rugby in Singapore (95% foreigners in national team). You need to have lived 3 years in Singapore to be allowed to play for national team.
It could be a good idea to have these kind of rules for e-sport too.
