Every match will be a best of 3. Semi-finals and Finals will be based on best of 5.

$15 registration includes usage of Mystery Box facilities from 12pm to 6pm on BOTH competition days. You can use the computers for warm-up games before or after your actual match. Entire Mystery Box will be closed during the tournament period and only be used for the tournament players and viewing of the tournament.

Judging by the name, the prize has to obviously be a mystery lol

Joke aside, it'd be good to list the prize. Players will be paying 15$ to sign up, and I'm thinking, especially for the top players, they wouldn't want to pay that to play in a tourney and in the end find out that the prize wasn't worth the time. Especially cause chance of winning are in general pretty slim.

well could we use this forum as registration and pay on that day itself? that is what the other compy SSL is doing, makes it alot easier for the players, and you will get more sign ups too

The wildcard tournament is $5 for 4 hours LAN, for fun + get to meet other pros/players. Just to clarify. But this sounds super fun. HGHx and I will be signing up for 2s. Someone's gotta give Nirvana and Tender a run for their money ^^

Yes you all can give your particulars here and then pay on the actual day of the compy. The base prizes will be sponsored by Mystery Box. If the pot gets bigger so will the prizes. Mystery Box plans to make totally no money from this compy. We just want to help build up the community for this awesome game! cheers~
