When you're queuing for games, and his status goes from 'Available' to 'Available - In Game' at the exact same time you get your 321 countdown, force a logout (menu -> logout).

It's the only way to avoid them. I used to do it when I had someone intentionally stream cheating me.

I think Blizz hot fixed this, and if you do you get a recorded loss.
