Screw it, why not? Whenever these overly complicated systems come in, it always makes me think of that scene in Baseketball where the commentators are trying to explain to the TV viewers how each of the East/West etc divisions work, and then if none of the results work out they have Sack races on consecutive Sundays to make the determination. Seems pretty solid

Tier 5 reminds me of Baseketball a little, a competition with lots of sledging, and the fans love it.
