Wow, I am incredibly disappointed in the SEA e-sports scene tonight.

I have been forced to create an account to voice my opinion.
Tonight was plagued by streams crashing and unprofessionalism.
Beginning with a tvt, I can’t remember the players on the stream who I believe it was kellymilkies; Continuing to say how boring tvt is and how bad this match was, followed by her leaving the match 15 minutes in. This was very unprofessional and I was quite surprised.

Then when I really got annoyed, SEA's main man moonglade loses in the tournament in a match we didn’t even get to see due to crashes. Followed by him logging off and not even playing the 3rd/4th match placing. Then as torch says “he just laughed out loud” when asked to play it. US FANS LOVED THAT.
THEN as SEA's hero is out of the tournament the stream decides it’s not worth watching anymore and proceeds to forego the tournament altogether so that we can stare at a blank battle.net page for an hour as we wait for the caster to try and add people in the new tournament and ask if they are playing a game, very organised as you can see. Such good organisation led to a 45 minute wait for the next game, luckily it was an in control game.

Just wondering what everyone else’s opinions are, as I tried to voice my opinion in the chat and got banned for not being a white knight .Not trying to start too much drama here, just interested in hearing ways we can fix this and improve the situation, as tonight was subpar.
I also feel sorry for Dogsi who obviously put alot of effort into organising and setting up of this tournament for it to be brushed off so easily, very unfortunate.

PS: sorry for bad english, it is not my first language

Kelly left 41 minutes in to the TvT game.
She had to wait 23 minutes, not 45 minutes. She had to wait because everyone was playing games and for some odd reason people were playing really long matches (the longest set of 3 took over 2 hours).
The cast of moonglade worked for me. There were 2 times when she crashed, one during one of moonglades games, meaning she missed the end of that game.
She left not because Glade lost, but because she had to cast another tournament. She casted the first 2 matches of the finals. The problem was the tournament, usually 5-6 hours, lasted over 8 hours tonight (not counting time spent waiting for the players to show up and start playing).

The problem was in large part my fault. I had no refs this time and I thought it wouldn't be a problem with chat channels. I failed to consider that people don't bother to read what I post in the forum and ignore any instructions I provide in the chat channels :-P

Finally, this is a purely amateur tournament. The cash is just something I kick out of my own pocket. I do not take the tournament that seriously, it's just something to do for fun.

Sorry if you didn't enjoy watching the tournament. I am working on changing the format a bit so that it will run smoother and faster.

If you have any suggestions, I am open :-)

Another great Open Dogsi!

Well done aLtAaron.

Changing streams at the end was disappointing however.

Hence the new format :-) Hopefully this works well and cuts down on both the no shows and the length of the cast.
